Since joining in 2001, Master Officer Roberts has excelled in various roles, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Special Victim's Unit Detective, and Crime Scene Investigator. In 2013, he became a key member of the Crisis Negotiations Team, showcasing his exceptional skills in resolving crises with a calm demeanor.

Master Officer Roberts, happily married to Concord P.D. Lieutenant Tamara Roberts and a proud father of five, is not only a dedicated law enforcement professional but also a family man. Two of his children serve in the United States Army, reflecting the values instilled in his family.

Fluent in Spanish and actively learning Italian, Master Officer Roberts goes beyond his law enforcement duties to enjoy reading and fishing. His dedication, both professionally and personally, serves as an inspiration. Congratulations on your accomplishments, Master Officer Roberts!
